Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to the Refeed apps for Android and iPhone and the services behind them (“Refeed”, “we”). By using Refeed you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Refeed.
1. What Refeed does
Refeed turns a description of your interests into topics, finds YouTube channels that fit them and shows recent videos of 10 minutes or longer from those channels. On Android it can also measure how much of your feed in other apps matches your topics. Refeed is provided free of charge.
2. YouTube
Refeed uses YouTube API Services. By using Refeed you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Refeed is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. All videos belong to their creators and open on YouTube; Refeed does not host, download or modify them.
3. Your use
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
- Do not use Refeed to break the law, to overload or attack our service, to scrape or resell its data, or to get around its limits.
- Do not write text that is illegal or meant to abuse the service. We may limit or block access that does.
4. Your content
The text you write stays yours. You let us process it as described in our Privacy Policy, only to run Refeed for you.
5. Recommendations
Topics and channels are chosen automatically, partly with AI. They can be wrong or incomplete. Videos are made by third parties, and we are not responsible for what they say. Refeed is not professional advice — for health, money, legal or similar decisions, check with a qualified person.
6. Changes and availability
Refeed is in early testing. Features may change or stop, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Using Refeed after a change means you accept it.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Refeed is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from content on YouTube or other third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
8. Ending use
You can stop using Refeed at any time by uninstalling it and, if you wish, asking us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
